Raising awareness and funds in the U.K is a vital part of our charity so that our projects can run efficiently and effectively in Ghana. If anyone would be interested in hosting a one off fundraising event or becoming a UK Ambassador for Family First, please get in touch for more information.
Family First Supporters in U.K. have hosted some fantastic fundraisers, including Pub Quizzes, Garden Parties, Clothes sales, participating in sponsored sports events. We have lots of ideas for fundraising, but are always looking for new and exciting ways to raise funds.
Volunteer your time in Ghana
Our charity believes in enabling Ghanaians and local services to thrive in being able to care for families and children with special needs.
There are some key skills and therapies which are either not well known or are non-existent in Ghana. We would love to be able to have trained specialists do internships to work with local Ghanaians, hospitals, our staff and families to increase their understanding and strategies when working with children with special needs.
